The Food Andy's menus are designed using top quality, local produce - his commitment to local suppliers is well-known and has been recognized by the Ulster Farmer's Union "Gate to Plate" awards in conjunction with Friend's of the Earth. Not only does he source local products wherever possible, he is also committed to reducing the air-miles, sugar, salt and saturated fats in all his dishes. Anne and Andy are active members of the local Good Food Circle (the only one in Northern Ireland!) which is operated by Flavour of Tyrone. Menus vary from a hearty breakfast to lighter lunch-time options to full à la carte dinner menus. Everything is cooked fresh to order so all menus are flexible to suit the requirements of the guests. Not only is the restaurant open six days a week (closed Sunday's) but Andy also creates occasional theme evenings which have proven to be so popular that they are often fully booked before the theme has even been decided upon! So whether it's a corporate lunch or an intimate dinner for two there is bound to be something for everyone at this wonderful venue.
